The managing director is Rainer E. Plinge. Before founding the company, he completed his studies as a business graduate. in Münster/Westf. He completed an internship at the Union de Banques Suisse (UBS) in Geneva/Switzerland to deepen his knowledge of the banking sector.

He then held various positions in the banking business over a long period of time and most recently at the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) in Frankfurt/Main.

His experiences in the financing and real estate business took him to Africa, France and Canada, where he stayed for a total of over 14 years. As an award, he received the title of REALTOR in Montreal/Canada in recognition of his proper management.

Rainer E. Plinge is trilingual (English, French, German) and has extensive knowledge and experience in the local and international real estate business, both in the private and institutional sectors. This background enables him to advise and support customers with great competence.
